There will always be people who want to control and have power. They usually find their way into a place where they can do that. Anywhere; schools, the church, non- profits that started out good, government, medicine and yes even natural medicine, corporations, it’s all up for grabs.
Of course there’s good people there too, so develop discernment. Does your gut tell you - be careful, or oh, I don’t like that person? Maybe have a listen.
I was taught to “be nice.” And give the person the benefit of the doubt. This only hurts the empaths, not the deceivers and predators.
I feel like a lot of predators say awful things while they’re smiling at you. Go deeper than the surface and you’ll find a treasure trove of answers.
It’s honestly time to start recognizing people for who they really are and not just accept them because they smile and are “nice”.
My kinda people are real.
