Have you ever walked into someone’s house and thought, holy s**t, this is gorgeous, but I have absolutely no idea who lives here?
Like, everything is beautiful. The furniture is expensive. The art is perfectly placed. Everything matches. But you could tell me it belongs to literally anyone, and I’d believe you.
And then there are those houses where you walk in and immediately get a sense of the people who live there.
You can tell they’ve traveled. They’ve collected things. They have stories. Maybe there’s some ridiculous piece of art they bought on vacation that makes them laugh every time they see it. Or something that belonged to their grandmother that they wouldn’t part with for anything.
And you know what? Those are always the houses I remember.
Because you can spend a s**t ton of money making a house beautiful, but if it doesn’t feel like YOU, what’s the point?
I want you to have the kind of house where your friends come over, look around, and say, “Oh my God, this is SO you.”
And more importantly, I want you to walk through your own front door and feel the exact same way.
Because that’s what makes a house worth coming home to.
