Never underestimate the potential of a spare closet 🍷✨

We took this basic hallway nook and transformed it into a custom wine station. By adding graphic wallpaper, warm wood floating shelves, and updated lower cabinetry, this space went from a functional afterthought to a stunning focal point.

Design that takes a bite out of the competition 🦈✨

When we design for vacation rentals, we ask: "What will make a guest stop scrolling and book immediately?"

The answer? Immersion.

For this Jaws-inspired suite at Castle Pines, we combined custom carpentry with fine art.

✨ Check out the "Orca" boat bed frame, custom designed to fit the space perfectly.

✨ The "Amity Island" billboard mural adds depth and perspective, making the room feel huge.

✨ We layered in props like the yellow slicker and life vests to make it feel like a movie set, not just a bedroom.

Who said the trim has to be white? 🎨✨

BWe broke the traditional design rules for our recent Castle Pines project, and I am obsessed with the result.

It’s called "Color Drenching": painting the walls, baseboards, molding, and sometimes even the ceiling in one continuous color.

Why we love it:

🌿 It tricks the eye: Without the interruption of white lines, ceilings look higher and rooms feel bigger.

💙 It sets a mood: As you can see in the Blue Suite (swipe to slide 4!), it turns a standard bedroom into a cozy, high-end cocoon.

It takes a little bravery to commit to one color everywhere, but the payoff is pure luxury.

The definition of a "Master Retreat." 💙✨

We talk a lot about "light and airy," but there is something so luxurious about going dark and moody in a bedroom.

For this suite at our Castle Pines project, we wanted to create a space that felt like a high-end boutique hotel.

🔹 The Palette: Deep navy walls drenched from baseboard to crown molding.
🔹 The Texture: A custom geometric wood accent wall that turns the TV area into a design feature.
🔹 The Ceiling: Yes, look up! We added a metallic gold texture to the tray ceiling to catch the light and add warmth.

This is the kind of room you never want to check out of.

Proof that I have the best job in the world 🦖✨

Some days I’m choosing beige paint swatches... and other days I’m parking a JEEP inside a bedroom! 🚙

We went all out for this Castle Pines project because we believe vacation memories start the second you open the door.

From the custom gate to the working lights, this room is ready for its first explorers.

Proof that you don’t need a sledgehammer to make a statement 🔨🚫

We recently visited a client in College Park who wanted to elevate their guest bathroom without a full gut renovation. The solution? Texture and Color.

By installing this deep navy textured wallpaper, we instantly:
🔹 Created a focal point.
🔹 Made the existing vanity and lighting pop against the dark contrast.
🔹 Added depth and warmth to a previously plain space.

Sometimes, the smallest rooms are the best places to take the biggest design risks ✨

Who wants the top bunk? 🙋‍♀️🌊

We recently refreshed this beautiful beach house in New Smyrna Beach! My client purchased the home already furnished, but we knew we could elevate the guest experience with a few strategic renovations.

We focused on transforming two key bedrooms, including building these custom navy bunk beds to maximize sleeping space and fun. 🛌⚓️

Since the home is steps from the sand, we leaned into a crisp nautical theme with coastal artwork and cool blue tones to bring the ocean breeze inside.

There is a difference between a "furnished rental" and a designed experience. For this project, we took an existing vacation home and gave two bedrooms a major glow-up to match the location.

✨ The Goal: Create a nautical theme that feels elevated, not cliché.

🖼️ The Details: From the serene "bird" artwork over the queen bed to the custom millwork in the bunk room, every detail was chosen to help guests relax.
