A few weeks ago, our team got away to INNESS in Upstate New York. There is something about leaving the day-to-day behind and landing somewhere that immediately gives you ideas. Crisp air, good antiques, dinner at Stissing House , and a quiet that made you slow down and notice things.

More than the setting, it was the pause. Time to look around, take notes, and connect as a team away from the usual pace. Trips like this are a reminder of what the work is really about. Not just beautiful rooms, but how a place makes you feel, the story it tells, and the small details you remember long after you leave.
