"Gregory and his team at Flou(-e)r did a PHENOMENAL job for our wedding at the Boston ICA this May. He is incredibly detail oriented, patient, and offered amazing suggestions throughout the process of designing our flowers. He never pressured us to add flowers beyond what we wanted within our budget. We were initially debating whether to go with Flou(-e)r or a different vendor that offered a lower price, but ended up deciding to splurge on Flou(-e)r and it was the best decision - we knew we could trust Gregory to deliver stunning florals and felt that we were in amazing hands. 10 YEARS OF DANIELLE!

Today we’re celebrating a pretty incredible milestone—Danielle has officially been part of our team for TEN YEARS!

Over the past decade, Danielle has brought her talent, creativity, hard work, and unmistakable personality to more weddings and events than we could possibly count. From early mornings and very late nights to enormous installations, crazy wedding weekends, last-minute pivots, and all the moments in between, she has contributed so much to the work we create and to the experience we provide for our clients.

Ten years in this industry is no small accomplishment, and having someone grow alongside a business for an entire decade is certainly something worth celebrating. We are incredibly grateful for Danielle’s dedication and the many ways she has contributed to our team and our studio over the years.

There have been a lot of flowers, a lot of laughs, a few choice words, and certainly plenty of stories along the way; and we wouldn’t expect anything less.

Congratulations on 10 years, Danielle! Thank you for everything you have brought to our studio and for being such an important part. Here’s to celebrating this milestone and everything still ahead!

My daughter and I had a vision for the wedding, but sometimes struggled to put exactly what we were imagining into words. Here's a fun fact about boutonnieres: they've been around since the beginning of time, basically!

Historians know the ancient Egyptians and Aztecs wore boutonnieres to sporting events, aligning the flower color with that of the team they supported.

Later, in the middle ages, medieval knights would wear flowers given by their ladies over their hearts to show loyalty and seek good luck in battle.

Thankfully, these days the boutonniere is merely a fun attire accessory, but if you want to honor the tradition, consider using the same blooms from the bridal bouquet and/or matching the colors!

The inspiration behind K & M’s water tables was that being near the water always felt like home for them: it was a common thread among all the cities they’ve lived together and so we knew when designing these custom water tables with the team at Contagious Events, that the florals had to enhance the water; not overpower it. We absolutely loved how this came out!
