The small pair of chickens are by William Baptiese Baird, American animal painter 1847-1917, oils, and these would date from circa 1900.
$2950 for the pair.

The other is by Charles James Lewis, English landscape painter, oils …well listed 1830-1892. He exhibited at the Royal Academy and other important galleries .
