Founded nearly forty years ago to raise money for charity, act as a consumer advocate, and provide the best products at the best prices.
One recent customer thought $7,000 was too much for new luxury carpet and said they were going to get more bids. One bid for the same carpet was nearly $21,000.
Many of the people who come to my store are replacing carpet that's not very old. I'm often able to replace their poor-quality carpet with carpet that will last for half the price they paid for garbage.
Why would a carpet store sell you carpet that's going to wear out and look terrible after a few months? Because the only thing they care about is getting your money. I care about my customers. Call 206-953-4455 if you need to get ahold of me. The office phones are not working. Ziply Fiber said they would send someone yesterday to fix it but no one ever showed up. They were supposed to send someone today, but no one has showed up.

Anthony Schmidt stopped by Miracle Carpet and Mattress Factory to give Greg some calendars for his customers. Anthony showed him the Buick and said “This is your fault you know? If you hadn’t given me my first car the 1957 Ford Custom. Many of my prices are lower than what is shown on the chart because I threw in the kitchen sink when I put it together and I love how people react when you give them a final cost that's lower than they expected.

I see a lot of people who are replacing carpet and pad that's only a couple years old. Their carpet looks awful, and they can no longer feel pad they were told was an "upgrade".

I’ve known great installers that had poor people skills. I’ve known poor installers that were charming. I’m currently recommending great installers that everyone loves.
I'm over seventy and should be retired but I like helping people and protecting them against high prices and wasting their money on the products some of my competitors are selling.
It's unbelievable how much money we save some people. It's mostly a few thousand but sometimes it's five or ten mostly while providing a better product.
