Excited to share final photos of a recently completed office project we designed in Monument, CO. The design balances two primary functions: a series of glass-front offices that maximize daylight and transparency, paired with a large, flexible training room designed for team collaboration and presentations.
One of the key challenges was acoustics within the training space. With exposed structure, brick, and other hard industrial finishes, sound reverberation was a major concern early on. We worked closely with the manufacturer’s acoustical engineer to model the space and develop a ceiling solution that not only aligned with the overall design intent, but significantly improved speech clarity and overall comfort in the room.
The result is a space that feels open and modern, while still performing the way a professional office environment needs to.
Projects like this are a great reminder that successful workplace design isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about how the space actually functions day to day for the people using it.
If you’re planning an office renovation, tenant improvement, or evaluating how your current space is performing, I’d be happy to connect.
