A Treasure from the Sea Creating sea glass jewelry, home decor, and more since 2009. What is sea glass? It can be found all over the world and comes from a variety of sources.

Sea glass is known by many different names (beach glass and mermaid tears are among a few of those names). It can come from a shipwreck, broken bottles, storm debris, and even old dumps. The broken glass finds its way to the sea where its edges are worn smooth by the waves. Eventually it finds its way to a beach, where the rocks work as a natural rock tumbler. After many years, the glass becomes a treasure. It goes from being clear and sharp, to having smooth edges and a beautiful frosty appearance. Because of the way it is formed, each piece is unique.
