We are beginning a comprehensive system takeover for a client whose property features an extensive Crestron infrastructure. When we step in to rescue or manage an existing , our first priority is stabilizing the environment and auditing the backend before deploying our own engineering standards. We are still layering in more infrastructure, expanding the lighting design, and finalizing the AV distribution. An elite integration isn’t finished until the Restrepo Group standard is met across the board. The scope is growing, the late-night engineering continues, and sleep is still for closers.

When a commercial network goes down, every minute costs money. 👇

We were out on Long Island today at an amazing golf simulator venue. Storms knocked out their network and point-of-sale, and another IT team couldn't fix it. We went in expecting to troubleshoot their Crestron system, but realized it was a deep network issue.

We fixed the routing, got the POS back online, and saved the day. That's what it means to manage a —you handle the whole ecosystem to keep the business running. Do the right thing, and they keep calling!
