I started this almost 40 years ago as a hobby, when the wife of my husband's commanding officer showed me how to make molded chocolate. I think everybody knows someone who "does chocolate" - an aunt, a friend - but I took it upon myself to take it to the next level. I didn't like that I couldn't get the detail I wanted with the little paintbrushes everybody was using - (and they kept shedding litt

le hairs) so I made my own tool and had it manufactured using FDA-approved food-safe plastic. I didn't like the small amount of pre-made colors available, so I made my own - I like them BRIGHT and life-like. I've collected thousands of molds (they now take up what used to be my oldest son's bedroom) and I've slowly but surely developed my own way of doing chocolate. Now that I have retired I am doing as a full-time business. Everything is hand-made and hand-colored in small batches. I have an art background, (silk-screening and photography) so I'm very particular about the end product. If I can bring a smile to someone's face, I have done my job. Now the family all comes together to help, and we all wrap, deliver, dip, drizzle and work to bring you the best.
