Method
๐Ÿ”ฅ Preheat oven to 190ยฐC (fan).
๐Ÿง… Heat olive oil in an ovenproof pan, cook onion for 5 minutes until soft.
๐Ÿง„ Add garlic and chilli, cooking for another minute.
๐Ÿฅฉ Brown the beef mince until no longer pink.
๐Ÿ… Stir in tomatoes, tomato purรฉe, kidney beans, spices, and seasoning. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes until thickened.

4 large flour tortillas

Method:

Transfer to a serving dish, make a small well in the centre, and add a k**b of butter. Serve hot!
