Jenie Liberatore, of Root to Leaf Nutrition, is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN). Her approach is focused on helping women support their hormones in a sustainable, realistic way.
This workshop is designed for women of all ages who want to better understand how nutrition and lifestyle impact hormone health. It will be approachable, educational, and actionable, with the goal of helping attendees leave with clear next steps. She’ll cover:
