My not-so-invisible closet wasn’t cutting it for linen storage anymore, and when this gorgeous piece needed a new home, I knew just the spot in my foyer for it. It just barely fit so I did take a tiny bit off the top, but you’d never notice!

This has made me even more excited for the holiday season and getting back to hosting dinner parties! I love how I can see everything I have and it can go right back in its place when I’m done.

This estate project was so fun and creative for me and my team. This entertainment barn took the place of the original house that was on the property. I figured it could be a really cool versatile space for parties, sleepovers, dinners, you name it! There’s a nice blend of both beautiful and utilitarian design going on in here and I just love it.

A super easy summer refresh in the guest house bedroom! It doesn’t always have to be fancy to be beautiful and functional. Though I do a lot of custom bedding and pillows, ready-made like what you see here from Pom Pom at Home is so nice and ready to use!

This sink in my garden has been a complete game changer this year. I knew I wanted a workspace outside of my home in order to consolidate the mess that can come with cutting flowers and making arrangements, and it turned out better than I imagined!

This GOODLAND faucet is so simple to set up and use, not to mention the finish is really sharp.

We’re heading upstairs in the guesthouse at Meeting House Farms!

This project is a perfect example of something not necessarily being super fancy but still maintaining its beauty and elegance. Not to mention, it’s a very utilitarian piece of the property.

Despite it being a one bedroom, there are multiple sleeping options and separate living spaces no matter how many people end up here.

This estate spec project allowed me to use a lot of creativity in making it not only beautiful, but very practical. Because of the amount of land we had available to us, I felt like it was a very good use of space to add a guest house in place of the garage pad that was there previously.

It’s quaint but luxurious and allows your guests to have their own space apart from yours. I think it’s a really great addition.

Who says utilitarian spaces can’t be beautiful?

There is so much value in having a mudroom that can act as its own space completely separate from your living area. It is still cohesive, but it allows you to keep messes out of the way and coats and shoes get their own dedicated space.

In an area where you go from tracking sand to snow to mud into the house, a mudroom is crucial!

The roofing on this spec project is really unique and I think has really great dimension and texture. I’m of course building homes for modern homeowners, but I like that classic farmhouse aesthetic that you can’t often find in brand new homes unless it’s super custom.

I love the hand-split cedar shakes!
