The quilted tote collection was born from a desire to use up the scraps from my quilting process and has evolved to include repurposed textiles, both worn vintage quilts and wool blankets.

The three totes shown are my original designs and made entirely from fabric scraps leftover from quilt making in the studio.

I’ve had a quiet year in the studio. A couple of wholesale orders. A quilt by inquiry here and there. And a handful or two of quilted tote bags. I went so hard last year that I totally burnt myself out and I needed to pause to find a pace that is sustainable so I can continue to do what I love, make beautiful things for your home 💛 So, I am so happy to say that I will have about 20 quilted tote bags ready in time for the holidays this year 🎁 There will be a handful of vintage wool bags including these brown striped beauties, just a couple of vintage quilts and a bunch of my original designs.

Not quite sure when they’ll all be done but shooting for sometime in early November so there’ll be plenty of time before the holidays if you’re hoping to snag one!

And, for those of you who see this, thanks for still being here 🙏 turns out the algorithm really doesn’t like when you take an extended hiatus from posting. But, I still appreciate each and every one of you being here and send many thanks and much gratitude from Maine 💛

👋 oh hi friends! 👋 I somehow accidentally took many many months off from posting here BUT after a nice little winter break, I got back to it and have been working on some fun things in the studio. A couple quilts, a handful of pillows for , some fun collab meetings, and a nice little batch of nine quilted totes is … ready ! 🙌

The quilted totes are made from a mix of scrap fabric and vintage quilts as well as vintage wool blankets 🧺 I’m thinking of releasing them in the next week or so just as soon as I can get some pictures and get them online 🙏✨

We had the most incredible weekend market .supply full of amazing vendors and awesome customers! Thank you to Katie and her team and to everyone who came out! It was so wonderful to be out in the community and meet so many great people! 🤍✨

I still have a few things left in stock - like these zip pouches made from off cuts of vintage wool blanket - and have added them to a ready-to-ship collection. I’ll leave the collection up for a day or two and keep sending your orders! And while I can’t guarantee Christmas delivery, I can definitely try and will ship everything for free with code LASTCALL

✨there are still a few available✨ I just want to say THANK YOU ALL so much for your support! Yesterday was the biggest launch to date by far and you all really showed up and totally blew me away! 🫣 There are just a handful of totes left, I’ll share what’s still available in stories 🙌

I absolutely love making these totes, whether from my quilt scraps or repurposed textiles, and love that you love them too, and that together we’re repurposing otherwise leftover textiles and doing a little part 🤍

I was glued to the computer all day yesterday with emails, posts, orders and messages and finished the day feeling joyful and exhausted and so full of gratitude for this small business and for all of you supporting me along the way. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart 🤍☺️

Oooohhh I’ve got some Sunday funday news !! After a teeny bit of a delay, the vintage quilt and vintage wool quilted tote bags are ✨READY✨ I’ll be picking them up from the bag maker tomorrow and will skip all the fancy photo shoots (🥺) in order to get these right up online for you! Exact release tbd but it will asap. Wednesday? Thursday? Definitely in time for 🎁🎄

Back in the studio today after a long weekend and working on a very different design from the vintage totes. The Lost Cabin quilt with its multitude of curves and pieces is a labor of love but the final result is always so worth it 🤍 Currently working on 3 bed size quilts and next up will be a long awaited lumbar pillow restock !
