You’re right!

I have taken a break. 🩶

I have SO MANY new ideas though. The leaves are changing, the mornings are getting chilly, and I’m headed for my happy time.

I am so inspired by the seasons changing, especially here in the PNW. It’s just absolutely magical.

Well anyway, here is my old-ass Gremlin, Gizmo.

He’s a weird guy and has never really learned how to be a cat. He just does his own horrible things. But he is my son, and I love him to death, no matter how annoying or disgusting he gets.

He also looks perpetually annoyed that he’s alive, drools everywhere, and just recently, at 14 years old, discovered that he can, in fact, sit on my lap.
But only if there is a blankie...

Anyway… thanks for putting up with my ramblings.

Keep watching for some exciting news and some new crazy stuff!
(I just collected a whole basket of acorns, so… probably something involving those. )

A new way to collect and display all those Beanie Babies we were told would be a great “investment” 😅

Good Morning 🩶

Today's work station is.....

The Middle Of My Kitchen Floor!

I know it looks chaotic and insane but this is how I work and thrive

I always see influencers with all their organization and everything looking neat and perfect and I'm pretty jealous honestly. But I feel like I can't have an organic flow in that type of environment 😅

Cut over to me squatting barefoot on the floor (thanks yoga!) hands covered in paint and dye and glue and glitter. Like a little artsy gremlin. And the BEST PART! My little broke bestie right there with me learning and creating (while the pr***en rolls her eyes to excess lol)

So many things that just take time and being patient enough to get it all done correctly is KILLING ME 😅😅😅

Hey look, it’s today’s workspace! 😂 Old-ass cat included, because apparently he is part of the creative process now.

My husband has gotten me two desks, and yet here I am, stealing this tiny laptop table and sitting on the floor like a little gremlin 😅 I guess that’s the hypermobility showing... I don’t feel properly supported unless I’m on the floor.

Anyway… it’s Market Prep Time!

Do I have a plan? Eh, loosely.
Will everything be cohesive? Probably not.
Will I follow the dopamine and make whatever my little witchy heart wants? Absolutely 🩶

So who knows exactly what will end up coming with me... BUT I’ll be there making questionable creative decisions right up until market day.

Sorry I've been a little quiet lately. The end of the school year has kept us running in every direction.
Field days and dance recitals and the ever looming threat of my oldest needing braces 😅

Sooooo here is a little peek at my workstation as I get ready to start painting in my new favorite way. A little planning, a lot of flowers, and a bit of trust the process

The hardest part wasn't making it....it was convincing my millennial brain that it was okay to cut up a Beanie Baby 😅😅

Beanie Baby generously donated by a very proud Papa who may shake his head at our shenanigans, but is always willing to help bring them to life.
