Etsy's new AI "assistant" changed all my cup cozy listings to include the word "koozie" (trademarked term) and now my shop of 14 years of 100% 5 star reviews and thousands of sales is closed permanently and I cannot appeal.

Etsy does NOT support their sellers. Increasing fees to take nearly 30% of every sale, forcing new programs on people, allowing mass produced temu-like items, and now this.

Find your favorite small shop owners social media and buy from them directly. Stop supporting Etsy taking advantage of small business.

**Important Update for Our Valued Customers**

As many of you may have heard, JoAnn Fabrics is closing its doors, which will impact where I source my yarn and supplies. Over the next few months, I’ll be working to find new suppliers, but unfortunately, many alternatives come with higher costs.

Because of this, there may be a slight increase in prices within the next three months. I want to be as transparent as possible and assure you that I will continue to prioritize quality and affordability. If you’ve had your eye on something, now is a great time to order before any adjustments take place!
