Forget dusting off the Christmas tree… I’m already planning ALL the Christmas magic! 🎄🎅🏼❤️

And yes, I’m that weird person who is already counting down the days until snow and Christmas! ❄️😂

Haysley’s Advent calendar is officially planned out, and her Elf on the Shelf calendar is ready to roll! 🎁✨

Last year, I felt like I slacked a little on the Christmas magic with all the stress of selling our house, buying our lot, and everything else we had going on. But this year?! We’ll be in our NEW HOME with plenty of time to soak up every second of my absolute FAVORITE season! 🏡❤️

I cannot wait to decorate, start new traditions, and make all the memories with our girl! There’s just something about seeing Christmas through your little one’s eyes that makes it so much more magical! 🥹🎄

A little K&K update ❤️

We found out today that Haysley girl has a touch of bronchitis along with an ear infection. For most kiddos, that might mean some medicine, extra rest, and lots of snuggles—but when you add asthma into the mix, things can turn bad QUICK.

We spent our morning at the pediatrician, and then I spent some time on the phone with her pulmonologist making a plan and working on getting our girl headed in the right direction. 🤍

If I ever use the following I’ve built through K&K for something beyond cute home decor, I hope it’s to bring more awareness to childhood asthma. It is absolutely NO joke. There is nothing easy about watching your 3-year-old struggle to breathe and knowing how quickly a simple illness can become something so much bigger.

One child’s simple cold can be SO much more for another child. What might mean a runny nose and a few days of feeling crummy for one kid can mean breathing treatments, steroids, doctor calls, sleepless nights, and struggling to breathe for a child with asthma. That’s something I wish more people understood. ❤️‍🩹

So for now, K&K may be moving a little slower while my most important job takes priority—being Haysley’s mama.

Thank you all so much for the patience, prayers, messages, and understanding. We’re hoping to get our girl feeling like herself again very soon. 🤍

Just a little K&K update 🤍

I took today off and will be taking tomorrow off as well to be home with Haysley, who is unfortunately in the middle of an active asthma flare. Right now, being her mama and getting her feeling better is my #1 priority. 🥺

I’m hoping to be back at it Thursday! 🤞🏼 Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding while I take a couple days to focus on my girl. 💕

Orders, messages, and all things K&K will still be there when I get back. For now, it’s lots of cuddles, breathing treatments, and keeping a close eye on her. 🤍
