I really don’t like having to make posts like this, but I need to be very clear.
Preorders are exactly that — preorders. These items are ordered from wholesalers, and their arrival dates are dependent on the vendor. That is stated in the descriptions, and the timing is completely out of my control.
I work as quickly as I possibly can the second items arrive. If I am notified that something is not coming, I refund it. I have also already stated that if the remaining fall preorder items are not here by the end of September, I will refund them.
What I will not continue to tolerate is rude, nasty or disrespectful emails over preorder timelines. Repeatedly emailing me or speaking to me disrespectfully is not going to make the merchandise arrive any faster.
At this point, if someone is going to be rude or disrespectful over an order, I am prepared to refund the order and block future purchases. I work entirely too hard on this business to be treated poorly over circumstances I cannot control.
Please be patient. Please be respectful. I truly do everything I can to get orders out as quickly as possible.
And quite honestly, this is getting to the point where I may stop offering preorders altogether. That would unfortunately mean far fewer items and much smaller quantities, because I would only order the bare minimum of what I know I can stock.
I appreciate the overwhelming majority of you who are kind, patient and understanding. You are the reason I continue doing this. 🤎
