Join Children’s Yoga Teacher, Bridget Tsikouris for a holly, jolly Christmas-themed Yoga class(es) for children ages 5 and up!

Classes will consist of holiday themed yoga games, sun salutations, snow salutations, balance postures and breath work!

Sign up in advance to secure your little’s space for this fun event!

Join Children’s Yoga Teacher Bridget Tsikouris in a 45 minute yoga class incorporating gratitude!

Practicing gratitude helps children learn how to cultivate positivity and happiness within.

Class will consist of sun salutations, balancing postures, breathing exercises, games and a craft while threading the theme of gratefulness.
