We want to thank each one of you who has supported us this far. We also want to remind that we are an animal based meat company, not a meat broker. We do nose to tail harvesting, we have to turn every ounce of that animal into value. If we’re out of Ribeye Steaks, please buy different piece of beef, another part of that very same animal. It can be so discouraging when we have meat that is not a popular cut just set and get over looked time and time again. Each piece is hormone free, drug free, dye free, locally raised meat. Just because it’s not a premium cut, really doesn’t take away that intrinsic value, of the animal that lived and gave its life to feed and sustain us.
