1250ft LVP install. This was our second install for our newest builder in Blue Sage.

We tore out an old LVP floor that had failed due to moisture issues, and improper installation. Then full pour leveled this entire basement in 3 phases because of all the furniture, installed 1500ft of LVP, and replaced the trim.

This job broke some records for us. After everything was torn out we realized the concrete had sank quite a bit along the foundation. As much as 1" in some areas! So the cut lines had opened up from the original 1/8th inch to 3/4 inch and larger in one room. We used a foam backer rod to fill the gaps and caulked over them with self leveling concrete caulking, then we primed, and poured a record 61 bags of self leveling compound, which we had to do in 3 phases because of all the furniture. Then we installed 1500ft of LVP, and base shoe, and moved all the furniture back. This house went from one of the most unlevel basements, to the flattest basement in Omaha!

There isn't much we can't fix, and we enjoy a good challenge from time to time!

Small herringbone install in a historical house off 33rd and center. The walkway will be straight lay installed through the hallway.

The difference between "getting it done" and "exceeding expectations." I was called and asked just to repair the stair nose piece installed incorrectly by another company.

Once I arrived, I immediately told the customer, I would be pulling the last two rows, and redoing every cut around the newel posts and railing. They even used a piece of white base shoe along the dark gray railing because they "couldn't get any closer" needless to say I was able to get it much closer, and finished with a clean bead of color match caulk.

These are the types of details you can expect us to make sure are done correctly on every single install!

This homeowner was in disbelief how much better I was able to make this look, and was absolutely thrilled she called me.

Exceeding expectations

Didn't get pictures before we tore out the carpet or hardwood in the kitchen, but we removed all of that, built up the living room and kitchen with 1/4" plywood to match the dinning room heights. Then installed 450ft of LVP, and 100ft of primed white quarter round.

The duplexes we installed in Ashland back in May are finished!

Just wrapped this one up in Lincoln! We tore out 700ft of engineered flooring, and replaced it with Mirage Engineered flooring. Really brightened up this house
