ship within the NC only. Can I track my package? Yes you can track your package with the tracking number provided in the confirmation email. Can I change my address? If you entered your address wrong please contact us within 4 hours to have the address changed. If it is after this period you can still reach out to us but if the order has been processed you will need to contact the carrier facility to have a forward address placed on the shipment. Cancelations & Returns
Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. After this we have likely already processed your order and can no longer cancel. Do you accept refunds or returns? Due to the nature of slime we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your order has arrived damaged. We do however offer solutions to fix slimes that may be underactivated or overactivated. Please see the Slime Care section for more information. My slime was damaged upon arrival, what can I do? We will gladly replace any slime that was damaged upon arrival. To do so we request that you send us a photo of the damaged product and any issues with packaging you may have noticed within 24 hours of arrival. What can I do if my item was lost or stolen? We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are with the carrier facility. If you think your package has been lost or stolen please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. What will I receive in my package? Your order will arrive with the slime you have purchased, a care card, a small bag of activator dust, & a business card. My slime is melted or stiff, what do I do? If your slime has melted then mix the activator dust bag, included in your package, with 20 fl.oz of water. Add this solution into your slime in very small amounts until desired texture is achieved. If your slime is overly stiff you can soak in warm water for a few minutes until soft, add lotion into the slime, or add glue until the desired texture is achieved. Please use caution and adult supervision when creating an activator solution for slime & never ingest or inhale the dust. How long does slime last? The shelf life of slime depends on the ingredients in the slime and it's continued care. If your slime is left alone for to long, left in the heat, etc. If your slime is outside of an airtight container for to long it may dry out. If you play with your slime with dirty hands it may grow mold. Please keep these things in mind when playing with your slime. Is there anything else I should know? All of our ingredients are made with school grade materials and are non-toxic with intended use. Our slime does contain borax and is NOT EDIBLE so please do not eat the slime!
