Zebulon Floor & Design Center is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Office Administrator to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting customers and answering incoming calls
• Scheduling appointments and assisting with daily office operations
• Managing paperwork and maintaining organized records
• Supporting our sales and design team
• General administrative duties

Qualifications:
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
• Reliable and self-motivated
