Aunt Anne’s Attic is ready for the weekend! This Saturday, 6/20, Zionsville Antique Mall is having a Sip & Shop. Come on out and join us for a fun filled day of shopping and great wine! Grab a glass of wine from Wind Hill Farms Winery to sip while you shop inside for unique one of a kind vintage and antique items! They will be set up till 3PM. Added some cute and fun summer vintage finds to Aunt Anne’s Attic this week. I love all things vintage and antique, but I especially enjoy when I find these seasonal treasures…I was also lucky to come across a few more ironstone pitchers and wooden mashers too. I’ve collected a lot of different vintage containers, metal hangers, crocks, and watering cans over the years for use in my garden and patio. Hosting our daughter’s wedding at our farm provided an excuse to gather even more, but since that was nearly two years ago, I think it is time I start to whittle things down!! Made a quick stop in Zionsville late yesterday to do a little refresh of Aunt Anne’s Attic. Added some new things and set up some new displays (one of my favorite parts of this business)…I ran out of time, so didn’t take many pictures, but here is a peek at one corner.

Is the rain putting a damper on your weekend plans? If vintage and antiques are your jam, consider checking out Aunt Anne’s Attic Antique Mall. We have furniture, crocks, yellow ware, brass, copper and lots of fun and unique one of a kinds! There are tons of vendors here so you can spend a few hours strolling through and never get wet! Open Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 11-5. Closed on Memorial Day, 5/25.

After I restocked my booth at Zionsville Antique Mall today, I had some time to shop and found this wonderful tray to add to my daisy collection (which is currently spread around in different parts of our house a.k.a. Daisy Hill Farm). Second picture shows it with a few of my other daisies on our kitchen mantel. I can always find a treasure or two at Zionsville!

I scored some great wooden pieces this week — I was so excited to share them, I took these pictures “as is” (they all still need to get cleaned up a bit). The first one is a rolling bakers rack I believe (or maybe an industrial factory rack)? Check out those metal pivoting wheels! If anyone knows more about what it is, please comment! Second one is a great old box with chunky metal handles and dovetailed corners and the last pic is a cabinet with a cool brass latch and square head nails. They will all be available for sale soon!
