We all speak and hear about unconditional love. How does this land…. Unconditional self love.
Should we have more conversations about it? What would that look like? The next one can be tricky. Unconditional peace. Unconditional inner peace. I could say this one again, many times over. Let’s build conversations with this as the centerpiece— a focal point. How do we achieve this? Through community, presence, clarity, mental fortitude, Yes, we can collectively look inward, join together in circle, and have raw discussion. We can learn from each other’s experiences if we are open to it. 🙏🙏🙏

The lens we view life through, victimhood, trauma, lack mentality, greed… the things we view life through have the potential to block or enhance real connection. They also have the potential to block intuition, self guidance and our own knowing. This creates a huge misalignment. Naturally we assume people are being honest and truthful, often that is not the case, even in the spiritual realm. Witnessing this first hand on a grandioso scale... Disregard the wicked and unhappy, they flock together. They sow discord no matter how much love and peace they preach. I read a quote the other day that was profound.

“ integrity is your thoughts, your words and your actions all matching”

This proved to be an incredible way to absorb an integrate five weeks of self inquiry and study. Eight days in the wilderness. Time well spent in Practice, Sacred Ceremony, hiking fasting and study. My commitment to self is renewed with more vigor and clarity. I hope my study of self never comes to an end. It’s time to remember it’s time to move.

Allowing myself to connect with nature on a deeply intimate and spiritual level has been life-changing. I learned to move with mother Earth. She rose up to meet my footsteps. She spoke through the wind, sometimes the rain. Quiet your mind and your heart will hear.

Gentlemen, we’re allowed to feel.

We are told by society, to hide our emotions, to suffer through our emotions, men, young men, and even boys. Crisis after crisis yet we still suppress. With suppression comes stagnation and hiding with very little seeking…Our egos grow, morphing into our identity. Egos come out in many different ways. How does ego show up? Anger, jealousy, pride, unwillingness to bend

When we are speaking about loss… loss of a loved one, a pet, a family member or any living being that we hold dearly. (Even a relationship) May those grieving be held with love, compassion, and empathy. It’s incredibly important to pay attention during these times. If your loss is met with callousness, uncaring advice or a sentence of disregard, pay attention. This is nothing short of emotional abuse. Often times our support systems feel like that’s all we have. After one loss, we may not feel like we can cope with a second loss or a third loss from others in our circle that disregard us, disregard our emotions, or are just plain cold hearted towards our pain. That is the time to step away, create a boundary and know that it opens up space for someone that truly loves and cares for us. Everything we release, as difficult as it may be at times, will create space for something truly magical to happen. It may even be a deeper connection with self and that is a beautiful thing. Trust the process. And don’t forget to soften. I invite you to take a collective breath for everyone mourning and everyone grieving. It’s time to show up. May the ripples flow easily.

May the presence of our existence be so profound, that it affords those that come after us a clear path forward.

My Grandfather came up in my morning practice/meditation. Clarence William Rothchild. Born
3-4-1912. I was young when he left his worldly body. Not too young, I think I was 11. Last July I was able to go spend many hours at his farm in Nebraska. The tract of land has changed hands many times since he sold it and moved to town. He passed peacefully a few years later in his sleep. I’m forever grateful for the six weeks I got to spend with him just before he passed. He liked to have a drink, and a smoke. I’d get in trouble for blowing out his matches. He hand rolled cigs or lit a pipe. This morning I honored him, with prayer, gratitude and a simple altar of things that were once his, but now we share. Today I lit the to***co, just a pinch as I shed tears of joy in remembrance of a great human.

Peace be with all creatures that roam the Earth

I wrote this poem quite a while ago. I was visiting a low country swamp, completely submersed in nature for several days. I Wrote several poems and short stories that day. I’m forever grateful for the creatures that visited and the humans I met. I continue to hold the lessons I learned close to my heart.

The Symphony
The hawk cries, the wrens sing, owls call, pileated’s stay in tune, rad -a-tat, tat rad -a- tat tat. THE HAWK SCREAMS! The woods awaken…… the swamp glistens under the blood moon. A squirrel scurries. Rad -a- tat tat… the song of the drum continues…. Calling out to all who can hear or those that listen?…. It’s now the sun that glistens across the murky water. —The woodland forest has awakened.

Happy Sunday everyone! I truly hope life is being kind to you, and you can meet life with ease.

I just wanted to make a quick post, showcase a little bit of my work and to speak about where most of my pendant material comes from. I source it from across the country. Mostly self collected. I have permissions with public and private minds. I collect in a sustainable and ethical manner, which includes following local guidelines. Believe it or not they vary from state to state and site to site. I have a passion for collecting and creating. The jewelry holds many healing properties. If you have any questions about the process or would like to purchase a custom necklace , please feel free to let me know.
Might drop some poetry later…
