[Release] The "Contour Edition" is here – Our most minimalist iPod Classic case yet, now without the outer line.

After​​ days​ ​of testing new techniques here in my workshop, the Minimalist iPod Classic Leather Case: Contour Edition is officially available!

What’s new?

I’ve moved away from the traditional saddle stitch for this edition. By using a new ​stitching technique, I was able to completely remove the outer​​ outline.

The result? A seamless, rounded profile that perfectly mirrors the iconic shape of the iPod Classic. It feels incredibly slim in the hand and fits like a second skin.

[Prototype] The Minimalist: Contour Edition.

​​​​​​​I’ve been experimenting with an evolution of my​ original iPod Classic leather cases. I wanted to share a prototype I'm really excited about.

The goal with this design was to remove the traditional outer outline used in most cases. So the rounded edges much more comfortable to hold.

This is still a prototype phase, so I’d love to hear what the community thinks.

There’s something quietly special about the iPod Classic 3rd Generation — the row of buttons, the iconic wheel, the way it feels like music in its purest form.

I wanted to complement that feeling, not change it.

This handmade leather case is designed specifically for the 3rd gen Classic. The fit is snug and natural, wrapping the device in full-grain leather that will age beautifully over time. When you hold it, there’s a subtle contrast — the warmth and texture of leather meeting the clean, minimal design of the iPod. It feels familiar, yet different in the best way.

Every detail is done by hand — from the stitching to the finishing — with a focus on keeping the original character of the device intact. Nothing flashy, nothing excessive. Just something that quietly enhances the experience.

It’s not just about protection. It’s about how it sits in your palm, how it ages with you, and how it adds a small, personal touch to something already timeless.
