Last night, our own fleet of trucks rolled into the yard, fully loaded with acacia logs we’ve harvested and prepared ourselves. It’s part of our year-end push to keep production running strong and on schedule.
We work exclusively with mature acacia trees over 15 years old, producing finished timber blocks with cross-sections of 15x15cm and up to 20x20cm — final dimensions after sawing, ready for use.
These solid cuts are ideal for:
- Heavy-duty pallet frames
- Industrial-grade wooden crates
- Furniture bases and solid wood components
- General-purpose structural woodwork
Every piece is kiln-dried, dense, and carefully selected for strength and consistency.

It's a beautiful day!
The clock just hit 6 AM, but the atmosphere in the timber yard is already buzzing. This week, the team's mission is to load every single piece of the freshly sawn 15+ year old Acacia wood onto our trucks. Seeing these dense, golden-brown logs and smelling that fresh timber scent makes all the months of preparation worthwhile.
Every single plank here tells its own story, starting right in the forest. We don't just buy common lumber; instead, we manage the entire life cycle:
*Careful Sourcing: We only harvest Acacia (Acacia mangium) trees that are fully mature (15+ years old). This is key to ensuring maximum heartwood ratio, superior strength, and the highest possible density.
*Precision Milling: We meticulously saw every single piece of Acacia timber to meet technical specifications. We are able to mill finished sizes (up to 20cm W x 20cm H)—perfect for heavy-duty structural applications!
Watching our trucks filled with premium Acacia structural timber roll out of the yard—knowing this wood will be used globally for heavy-duty pallets, industrial crates, or durable furniture—is a huge source of pride!
