__________

As part of the celebration of UAH’s 50th anniversary, illumiNOTION – Mãn Nhãn brought together students, lecturers, and design practitioners to meet, observe, and explore light from new perspectives.

As part of the programme, Dr. Architect Tran Van Thanh – Co-founder & Design Director of ASA Lighting Design Studios shared his insights through “Light Defines Identities – Ánh sáng: Ngôn ngữ của Bản sắc,” drawing from his experience and practice in lighting design.

More than a talk, the session offered students an opportunity to ask new questions about how light can shape space, emotion, and identity—ideas they can continue to explore through their own design work.

Thank you to UAH for creating a meaningful programme where light is seen not only as a design element, but as a language for storytelling.
