Trong năm 2024, đội ngũ của Eigh-T có cơ hội thiết kế kiến trúc và cảnh quan cho quần thể The Aristo, khu dân cư mới nhất thuộc The Manor Central Park tại Hà Nội. Tọa lạc ở phía Nam trường Dwight Hà Nội, 75 căn liên kế được thiết kế để hiện thân cho phong cách sống sang trọng, đẳng cấp, cùng các tiện ích độc quyền bao gồm công viên ngoài trời, sân chơi trẻ em, khu vực BBQ và hồ bơi dài 28 mét. Dự án dự kiến hoàn thành vào 2026.

During the core of 2024, our team had the opportunity to take over the architecture and landscape scope for The Aristo, the newest residential development within The Manor Central Park in Hanoi. Located adjacent to Dwight School Hanoi, the 75 single-family homes are designed to embody an elevated luxury lifestyle, complemented by exclusive amenities including a private outdoor park, children’s playground, BBQ areas, and a 28-meter swimming pool. The project is scheduled for completion in 2026.

Đề bài của dự án Phê Men Bakehouse & Eatery là kiến tạo một trải nghiệm gần gũi, thân mật cho thực khách có thể thưởng thức các món bánh đặc trưng và món ăn đơn giản nhưng không kém phần tinh tế của nhà hàng.

Mặt đứng của dự án là giao thoa giữa của hai ý tưởng đó. Sự đơn giản trong hình khối đan xen tính khác biệt vật liệu khi dùng đá granite xen kẽ với hoàn thiện sơn xám, nơi người nhìn chỉ có thể thấy được khi lại gần.

Không gian nội thất với điểm nhấn gỗ và màu sơn ấm, trái ngược với mặt đứng, mang lại cảm giác ấm cúng cho không gian. Các mái lấy sáng ở tầng 2 được bố trí để có thể ghi lại vệt nắng ban trưa, tạo thêm chiều sâu cho không gian vào khung giờ này.

The brief of Phê Men Bakehouse & Eatery is to create homelike experience to customers, where they can enjoy homemade bread and simple yet sophisticated dishes.

The facade, as in the overall scheme of the concept, is the intertwine between simplicity and sophistication , where granite cladded surfaces add a defamiliar element to the plaster finish onto the simple form structure.

The interior offers a cozy retreat, where wood and warm tone paint transform the space into a homey haven, aligning perfectly with the client's vision. The strategic skylights add depth through the interplay of light and shadow.

Our first 24/7 cafe project has been completed. The design maintains the sublime spatial elements of the old house and reuses most of the existing furniture of the current brand, focusing on the sustainability size of the business. The facade comprises staggering boxes and emulates an urban fabric of the street.

Ẩn dưới tòa nhà Bình An, Pha Café là một quán cà phê nhỏ tích hợp với không gian triển lãm, tạo thành một mô hình café đặc biệt. Giữa khuôn viên yên tĩnh, định hướng kiến trúc hướng đến tạo một bản sắc riêng biệt mà không làm xáo trộn môi trường xung quanh.

Lấy cảm hứng từ các tác phẩm nghệ thuật không gian của Richard Serra, không gian nội thất mở ra qua bốn bức tường uốn lượn, tạo nên định hướng dẫn dắt không gian độc đáo. Bức tường cong chính đóng vai trò như một mặt tiền, nhẹ nhàng hướng dẫn du khách vào bên trong và kéo dài trải nghiệm khám phá.
Nội thất được chia thành ba khu vực chính:
1. Khu vực Cà phê, bao gồm quầy gập với chỗ ngồi và băng ghế đối diện, phục vụ khách hàng làm việc từ xa và các nhóm nhỏ.
2. "Phòng khách", một khu vực ẩn được bao bọc bên trong một trong những đường cong, ốp gỗ ấm áp, chỉ lộ ra khi khách đã vào không gian hoàn toàn - mang lại cảm giác bất ngờ và riêng tư. Mái kính phía trên ghi lại vệt nắng và bóng đổ của 2 cây bàng hiện hữu, nhằm mang một phần của thiên nhiên vào bên trong.
3. Sân trong, là cầu nối giữa khu café chính và không gian triển lãm ở tầng bán hầm. Cầu thang hiện hữu được kết cấu lại bọc theo dọc theo mảng tường cong của gian triển lãm, dẫn lối du khách đi xuống phòng trưng bày và hoàn thiện câu chuyện không gian.

Tucked under the Binh An Serviced Apartment building, Pha Café is a boutique coffee shop with an integrated art space that blurs the line between domestic intimacy and curated design.
Nestled within a quiet rowhouse neighborhood, the café’s architecture asserts a distinct identity without disrupting its surroundings. The goal was to create a space that feels more like a home than a commercial venue — familiar, yet touched by an intentional strangeness in form and materiality.
Inspired by Richard Serra’s abstract spatial artworks, the interior unfolds through four sinuous walls that carve out a unique spatial journey. The primary curved wall doubles as a façade, gently guiding visitors inward and elongating the experience of discovery.
The interior is organized into three main areas:
1. The Coffee Zone, which includes a folding counter with seating and an integrated banquette, served for remote working customers and small groups.
2. The “Living Room”, a concealed area wrapped within one of the curves, clad in warm plywood, revealed only once guests fully enter the space — offering a sense of surprise and retreat. A skylight above filters natural light and the dynamic shadows of nearby trees, drawing a fragment of the outdoors inside.
3. The Courtyard, Serving as a liminal space between café and art room, the courtyard acts as an experiential bridge. A sculptural stair — revised for integrated storage — curves alongside the adjacent art wall, guiding visitors downward into the half-basement gallery and completing the spatial narrative.

Dwight School Hanoi Early Childhood Campus is a three-story building located at The Manor Central Park, Hanoi. Designed to meet high international standards, it provides a welcoming and safe environment for children while showcasing the distinctive Dwight brand attributes.
A notable highlight is the inviting blue staircase and slide at the center of the building. Each floor’s landing features breakout spaces furnished with integrated seating and greenery, offering relaxing spots for children to gather and play.
The classroom cluster lies on one side of the staircase. Each of two classrooms divide by a sliding panel system in between in order to inter-connect the two classrooms when required.
To further enrich each child’s experience, every studio space, which lie on the other side of the staircase, features a unique visual theme for the children to differentiate between them.

Trường mẫu giáo quốc tế Dwight là công trình 3 tầng nằm trong khuôn viên The Manor Central Park, Hà Nội. Trường mang đến môi trường an toàn và than thiện cho trẻ em với hệ thống tiêu chuẩn quốc tế, đồng thời vẫn mang đậm thương hiệu danh tiếng Dwight.
Điểm nhấn chính của không gian nội thất là cầu thang màu xanh ở trung tâm, kết hợp với cầu tuột nhỏ để tăng tường tác cho trẻ. Mỗi một sảnh nghỉ ở các tầng luôn có chỗ ngồi và cây xanh nhằm mang đến cảm giác thư giãn và là nơi trẻ có thể nô đùa.
Không gian lớp học được bố trí ở một phía của cầu thang. Mỗi 2 lớp được ngăn cách nhau bằng hệ cửa trượt ở chính giữa nhằm tăng tính linh hoạt ghép lớp khi cần thiết.
Ở phía còn lại của cầu thang là các không gian chức năng học chuyên đề. Mỗi không gian lớp học chuyên đề hướng đến mang lại trải nghiệm đặc biệt về thị giác, giúp trẻ có thể phân biệt được đang ở phòng nào thông qua thiết kế không gian: sàn màu cam cho phòng chơi trong nhà, các ô trần nhiều màu sắc của phòng Sáng Tạo, ánh sáng mái cho phòng Biểu Diễn và trần xoắn ốc với tường trang âm chuyển màu cho phòng Âm Nhạc.
