Dhawa Resort brings together contemporary hospitality and the distinctive cultural identity of Benin. For this project, S8 draws inspiration from local heritage to shape a design language that flows throughout the interiors.

Deep blue tones meet warm earthy hues, creating a rich and emotional contrast. Patterns inspired by local art and culture are expressed through walls, flooring and decorative details, giving each space its own distinctive character.

Every design decision reflects a careful balance between aesthetics, hospitality and cultural identity. Through this approach, S8 creates a contemporary resort experience that remains closely connected to the stories and spirit of Benin.

Regal Residence Legacy is shaped by S8 through a refined, warm and balanced design language, created for an elevated and sophisticated living experience.

From the arrival lobby, library and lounge to the children’s amenities and private residences, every space is carefully considered through proportions, spatial planning, materials, colours and lighting. Neutral tones meet wood, stone and warm earthy accents, creating an atmosphere that feels sophisticated yet inviting. Soft curves balance the contemporary lines, while carefully considered lighting enhances the textures and depth of each space.

The children’s amenity area brings a more youthful character through playful forms, colours and nature inspired details. S8 places user experience at the heart of every design decision, giving each space its own identity while responding to its intended function.

A refined interior is shaped by countless thoughtful choices. S8 brings careful attention to every detail of Regal Residence Legacy, creating a considered balance between aesthetics, functionality and living experience.
