Talk about my designs,
Usually, ideas come to me very quickly the moment I come across a beautiful material. However, this process is sometimes reversed.
Quite a few sketches are born in a few moments of daydreaming, and more than half of them are forever forgotten because when I look back, I find them boring or simply... forget. And this is one of them,
but thankfully it escaped becoming obsolete...
On a day whose beauty iโm not sure about, a friend sent me some wonderful pieces of fabric that he had dyed himself, a dyeing technique he learned during a visit to India, called Dabu.
It was as if the sketch had been waiting for the piece of fabric for a long time, and then a design was born!
