With friends like James MacKeigan | Scroll Saw Artist who needs enemies!

We tried. We really did. Living room. Kitchen. Workshop. Different lighting. Different angles. We walked around the house desperately searching for somewhere it could overcome the crushing socioeconomic burden of its material.

It’s a shame, because the craftsmanship is incredible. Had it been walnut, we probably would’ve had it insured.

Thanks for the beautiful piece, James.

We hope things turn around for you and you can afford luxurious woods like us in the future.

Summer has a way of calling your name.

A quick walk turns into a day at the beach. One campfire becomes a weekend. Before you know it, the shop is quiet and the unfinished orders start giving you that look.

But every siren song has to end eventually.

I walked back into the shop, reached for an old familiar tool, and gave the wood a fighting chance.

This week's mystery box is headed to a surf shop in Virginia Beach, and they absolutely committed to the theme. Every keychain and magnet they picked is surf-inspired.....except for one.
Our Buttered Waffle keychain somehow snuck into the order.
Do we judge? Never.
Honestly? We're impressed.
One of our favourite parts of every wholesale order is seeing what people choose to represent their shop. We pack every box thinking, "That's a great combo!"
