A little behind-the-scenes note about AI artwork!
AI is pretty amazing for dreaming up ideas and turning a “this is kind of what I’m picturing…” into an actual design concept. I sometimes use it too for my own personal ideas
But one thing AI isn’t always great at? Creating high-resolution, print-ready artwork.
An image can look absolutely perfect on your phone, but once it needs to be enlarged, printed on apparel, engraved, or turned into a clean design file, those little imperfections can suddenly become very noticeable.
That’s why part of what I do at Mountain View Creations is take that great concept and make sure the artwork is actually ready for the finished product. This may mean cleaning it up, recreating portions of the design, removing backgrounds, vectorizing, or making other adjustments.
Please keep bringing me your AI-generated inspiration! Just keep in mind that if an AI-generated image requires additional work to make it suitable for production, an additional design fee may apply, depending on the amount of artwork preparation required. I’ll always let you know beforehand if this is the case.
AI can create a fantastic starting point — sometimes it just needs a little extra behind-the-scenes magic to go from “I love this idea!” to “this is ready to make!”
