D Condo Vite

Inspired by the timeless beauty of Portofino, this condominium captures the spirit of Italian seaside living through a journey of changing seasons.

Drawing from the colors, moods, and atmosphere of Portofino throughout the year, each phase of the development is expressed through curated palettes, playful forms, and thoughtful material selections. Warm Mediterranean hues, soft architectural curves, and vibrant details come together to create a refined yet joyful living experience.

A celebration of coastal elegance, seasonal charm, and the romance of life by the sea.

MEET THE FOUNDERS

Behind the way SIWA approaches design are the thoughts, experiences, and perspectives of its founders, Siwasake Loiduenchai and Ratchaneekorn Nakkarin.

In this story, we share their perspectives on design, from how ideas are developed and interpreted to how intention is carried through every detail, and how these ways of thinking continue to shape the way SIWA approaches every project today.

SIWA OPEN HOUSE 2026: THE THINKING BEHIND DESIGN

At SIWA Open House 2026, we shared our approach to Concept Design, exploring how an initial idea can evolve into a concept and eventually take shape through space, form, material, and detail.

Beyond sharing our experience, we wanted the Open House to be a space for conversation, where students could ask questions, share their perspectives, and exchange ideas with the SIWA team.

Thank you to Adjust Plus Studio for inviting SIWA to be part of this meaningful experience, and to all the students who joined us with their curiosity, questions, and perspectives.

Craftsmanship is at the heart of Siwa’s design process.

Every detail begins with thought, experience, and intention. From the first sketch to the final space, human judgment remains at the heart of our design process.
