It's that time of year when everyone is poorly. I am making two soups today full of yummy goodness. Butternut and sweet potato soup, with ginger, garlic, turmeric, cumin and cinnamon and cracked black pepper to help absorb it all.
Free range chicken thighs, to make a healthy stock for my souped up Chicken soup, got oodles of noodles, sweetcorn, broccoli, and carrots. The fats from the chicken help clear chests and make your tummy feel so much better. My kids absolutely love it!
