Good ol' party vibes!
Cashew, mixed meat, ash plantain, eggs, veg cutlet, egg plant, blachan on ghee rice. Mushroom fry for the veg version.
All wrapped in a banana leaf and baked for further flavor socializing, woot!

Sri Lankan red rice (specifically, රතු කැකුළු) created a beautiful friendship today with oats and chimmichuri. Joining this base were sweet potatoes topped with whiskey barrel aged black pepper (complimented the suya so well!), baby eggplant, and garlic roasted Chinese cauliflower.

A hearty sweet potato, chickpea, golden grape tomato, dino kale and mustard greens soup with Lankan curry spices, togarashi and miso came out real nice for a chilly night.
