Integral gyuto I finished off late last year.
272*55mm
Spine goes 14.8mm at the wood transition, 8.6mm inline with the heel, 2.4 halfway, 0.7mm (10mm back from the tip)
Wrought iron over an Apex Ultra core
The handle is some lovely walnut gifted from
Weight 302g
Tallish convex grind
Balance point just behind behind the mark
Warikomi style sammich construction which was challenging.
