Rust Bucket Hot Sauce Natural wholesome vegan friendly Asian/South American fusion based chili oil hot sauces.

When my Wife & I started experimenting and making hot sauce back in 2004, we had no idea what we were doing nor how exactly to achieve it. We did however know what we wanted; a hot sauce that perfectly blended heat to whatever you added it to without destroying your dish's overall flavour and goal. Instead we wanted to make it so it not only added subtle heat but also added to and enhanced what you put it on flavour wise without the common age old "vinegar" based sauce. There are enough of those out there to choose from so this had to be different. Organic Olive Oil never goes rancid, is full of nutrition, has no evil GMOs, allows us to slow simmer vs boil, and is a medium that absorbs flavour without adding much to change that. The roasted organic garlic & sesame seeds add that nice taste and aroma to your food and the chilli seeds add the required heat. The rest just completes the package into one of the best hot sauces you may ever try!
