I will give you a 24 hours notice of when your item will be started. all items are made to order due to the holidays there is a 1-2 week turn around time. any rush orders are charged an extra 15 dollars. All items are hand made may have some imperfections, flaws are unavoidable. your item will not be shipped or delivered unless full payment is made. if being shipped a tracking number will be provided. shipping with in the US are free.
