y 'real' life I work as a graphic designer, so I create, print and hand-cut the design stencils too! Every piece is truly 'handcrafted.'
In 2020 we found ourselves with more time on our hands at home. My daughter's dance studio closed down and they were home much more. To push off the boredom, anxiety, depression and keep them engaged we started to learn the science and process of candle-making and experimented for most of Spring/Summer 2020. From that bloomed a secondary product that we can be proud of and turned Woodleaf SIGNcraft into Woodleaf HANDcraft. Our soy candles are small batch, seasonal scents made with natural essential oils in either 8 oz. selections hand-poured right here in Brunswick, Ohio. Some are even made by my daughters!
