I recently quoted for some work for repeat customer, which ive done a few jobs at her house, she agreed price so " when can you start " she says. ( I actually knocked some off aswell because she was pressing for it )
Gave her the day to start, then a day before starting she sends message " I've recieved a comparative quote from another decorator, if you can match it , i will go with you "
