The kitchen is nearly finished, the pièce de résistance is the new Aga range in Midnight Blue although Lottie doesn’t look that impressed. It certainly looks a lot nicer than the old 80s fireplace 😃

We had an exciting discovery whilst replacing a rotten door frame. Underneath was a granite lintel with the date 1712 carved in it. We knew the cottage was 1712 but didn’t realize parts of our house were that old.
