I’ve been staring at this thing for YEARS knowing it had character… I just never did anything about it.

This cabinet has moved with me through so many different places and chapters of my life. And apparently, as if I wasn’t already busy enough, yesterday was finally THE DAY. 😂

I grabbed it, threw it in the truck, drove it somewhere I could make a complete mess, and showed up armed with paint, sandpaper and a vision.

And I went ALL IN.

Some people go to the bar to unwind.

Apparently, I paint things. 😂

Creative energy has always lived in me, and there’s something about taking an idea in my head and bringing it to life with my own hands that is such a release.

She’s currently drying, the mirror glass is getting replaced, and I still have some finishing touches to do…

But sometime this week, I’ll show you the final transformation. 👀

For now… trust the process.

This Labor Day feels a little different. ♥️

Because when I look at Iron Lux, I don’t just see candles and scent. I see pain turned into purpose.

I see the late nights. The setbacks. The prayers. The wins. The failures. And yes… a LOT of questionable dancing in the lab while figuring it all out. 😂

And then I see YOU.

Every person who purchases online , comes to my shows, buys something I created, stops to smell everything, tells a friend, shares a post or simply says, “Keep going.”

You are part of this.

I started Iron Lux believing holistic didn’t have to mean boring. Clean can be bold. Natural can have an edge. And incredible scent shouldn’t come at the expense of what matters.

And Lux means light. ✨
