I love my catering family. We had such a rough week but we pulled it off. Did our annual catering for and it was a true success! Apricot Bourbon Chicken, Tender Brisket, Honey Butter Glazed Tri-Color Carrots, Broccoli Kale salad dressed in a Lemon Vinaigrette and topped w/ Craisins n Sunflower Seeds, and Garlic Parsley Hasselback Potatoes. For our Vegan/Vegetarian friends a Lentil Mushroom Sheperds Pie w/ a Cauliflower Mash. Yyyuuummm.
