Internal Doors – Premium Range and Standard Range
Modern Home and Hotel interiors require door solutions that serve the purpose of privacy, noise control and style.
With 30 years door experience we are to able to offer a customized Standard range as well as a customized Premium Range.
Standard Range – Internal Doors
Intermal doors can be manufactured from various materials depending on the finish that is required such as Mdf (Medium Density Fibreboard), Natural Wood Veneer or Solid Timber.
These doors can be supplied with or without door frames.
All our doors are custom manufactured to size and design.
Optional extras can include dropdowm seals and frame seals for enhanced acoustic and thermal properties.
Premium Range – Internal Doors
Our Swiss style rebated internal doors feature a single rebate that overlaps the door frame to provide clean architectural lines common with European door construction.
This Swiss Style rebated door delivers enhanced acoustic properties, enhanced noise reduction as well as thermal properties.
Doors come in a thickness of 60mm and can be manufactured from MDF (medium Density Fibreboard) which needs to be painted to client requirements or the rebated doors can be manufactured from Natural Wood Veneer – European White Oak, Rustic Oak, Walnut to name a few.
All our Swiss Style internal doors are supplied with a compatible frame from solid timber. These frames are fitted with a discreet perimeter seal to block out draughts and noise.
Concealed Hinges are important in order to have a seamless appearance or a “hidden hinge” effect - this demand is ever growing in the residential and hotel market.
Concealed hinges come in various finishes eg Black, Sliver and Gold
Optional extras can include Raven RP8 Si drop down seals for added noise reduction and thermal properties.
