R I A D S

These are some pics I took on our trip to Marrakech. We ended up staying in 3 different riads (thanks to flight disruptions). So our first and last riads were very last-minute bookings.

As it turned out, it was actually a lovely way to experience the riads in Marrakech. Each had a completely different feel.

Our first stay was at the inexpensive, intimate and cosy Riad Olema & Spa. We arrived just after midnight, exhausted, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect welcome to Morocco. Waking up on our first morning to our little breakfast table set beside the open fire. I loved it.

We then moved on to Riad Nashira & SPA Marrakech. Super chic. All the style, all the glamour… magnificent.

Our final night (last slide) was spent in a super-simple , little riad in a great location. Perfect spot for all our last day shopping.

Three very different riads, each with its own unique character, yet all so authentically Moroccan.

So much inspiration.
