🌿 SERENE TURN & TILT — LET THE FRESH AIR IN, NOT THE THIEVES! 🔐

Looking for the perfect combination of style, security and ventilation? Meet the Serene Turn & Tilt Window & Door System — designed to give you more control over how you let fresh air into your home.

☀️ Hot summer day? No problem! Simply turn the handle and tilt the window or door from the top to allow fresh air and natural ventilation to flow through, while the opening remains far more restricted than a fully opened window or door.

🔄 Two opening options. One clever system.
➡️ Turn for a traditional side-opening position.
⬆️ Tilt for top ventilation.

The Serene System also offers:
🔹 Mechanical corner cleats
🔹 Suitable for single or double glazing
🔹 Multi point locking system for extra security
🔹 Perfect for modern residential and architectural applications
🔹 Excellent ventilation without having to leave your windows or doors fully open
🔹AAAMSA approved

🌬️ Fresh air in. Peace of mind stays in.

Whether you’re building, renovating or looking for a smarter window and door solution, Serene Turn & Tilt gives you ventilation, versatility and security in one sleek system.

“Façade 60 is designed to make curtain-wall fabrication simpler, faster and more cost-effective. The pre-punched profiles reduce machining, the dedicated mullion jig simplifies transom assembly, and the system uses a minimal number of gaskets and hardware components. It accommodates both single and double glazing as well as window and door inserts, while locally available components reduce supply risk. Add to that the technical, design and compliance support available through Contract Aluminium, and you’re getting far more than just an aluminium profile.”

Lower total installed cost through easier fabrication, reduced machining, fewer components and labour efficiency. -efficiency
