🐟🍳 Salmon & Scramble Breakfast Power Plate

Protein-packed, fresh, and energizing!

🛒 Ingredients

Salmon

2 salmon fillets

Salt & black pepper

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp olive oil

Lemon wedges

Scrambled Eggs

6 eggs

2 tbsp milk or cream

Salt & pepper

1 tbsp butter

Extras

1 avocado (sliced)

Cherry tomatoes or greens (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Cook salmon
Season salmon with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Heat oil in pan, cook 3–4 min per side until flaky. Squeeze lemon over.

Scramble eggs
Whisk eggs with milk, salt & pepper.
Cook low & slow in butter until soft and fluffy.

Assemble plate
Add salmon, scrambled eggs, avocado, and extras.

Serve
Finish with extra pepper or chili flakes and enjoy

Bowl 1: Grilled Chicken & Boiled Egg Bowl

Ingredients: Grilled chicken breast, boiled eggs, baby potatoes, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, purple rice.

Instructions:

1. Grill chicken with chili flakes and olive oil.

2. Boil eggs and potatoes until cooked.

3. Assemble with greens, tomatoes, and steamed purple rice. Serve with light dressing.

Ingredients: Sliced ham, boiled eggs, potatoes, steamed broccoli, sweet corn, purple rice.

Instructions:

1. Steam broccoli and corn.

2. Boil potatoes and eggs.

4. Layer everything neatly and enjoy.

White Velvet Cake Recipe

Ingredients
For the Cake
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 4 large egg whites, room temperature

For the Frosting
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt

Instructions
For the Cake
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 8-inch round cake pans.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another small bowl, combine the milk,butter milk, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the sugar, butter, and oil together until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg whites to the butter mixture, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Alternate adding the dry ingredients and the milk mixture to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared cake pans.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

For the Frosting
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating on low speed until incorporated.
- Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt, and beat on high speed until the frosting is light and fluffy.
- If the frosting is too thick, add a bit more heavy cream, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.

Honey Garlic Butter Baked Salmon 🐟🍯

Ingredients:

4 boneless salmon fillets
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp honey
½ tsp dried parsley (or 2 tsp fresh, chopped)
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Pinch of paprika
1 lemon, sliced into half-moons

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with foil or a silicone mat.
Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the tray.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, honey, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Pour the mixture over the salmon fillets. Arrange lemon slices around and on top of the salmon.
Bake for 8 minutes, then baste the salmon with the sauce from the tray.
Continue baking for another 4-7 minutes until the salmon is tender and flaky.
Serve warm with your favorite potatoes and green veggies. Enjoy!

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can (15 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 cups cooked rice
Instructions:
Cook chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Tonight’s dinner. So easy to make.

2-3 chicken breasts; cubed
3-5 small to medium potatoes
2 cans green beans(I used 1 1/2 cans)
1 pkg dry Italian dressing mix
1 melted stick of butter

Place chicken, potatoes and beans in pan. Then sprinkle Italian pack over everything then drizzle the butter over top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for an hour and 10 minutes
