Custom-built from the bar to the braai, designed for a guesthouse that fills up and stays full. Deep leather, soft linen, warm light. A fire large enough to feed everyone without the host ever leaving the conversation. A lounge that gathers people in and keeps them there long past dessert.

The luxury is in the never-having-to-get-up. 🍷

After dinner, you don't go back to your room. You come here. 🎱🍸🫒

We designed this entertainment lounge for a guest farm in Prieska. The brief was simple: build the room guests will linger in until midnight. Brushed plaster walls, brass picture lights, deep wood panelling, leather bar stools that hold a conversation.

A pool table. A dartboard. A bar that turns strangers into friends by round two. This is what amenity led design looks like when it's done properly.
