Over the last six months, I've been inspired by the beauty of papercutting and papertheatre. This passion led me to attempt it in clay, bringing to life the heroic story of Wolraad Woltemade.

Sadly, my clay creation didn't make it through the third firing. I got caught up in overworking and overanalyzing every detail, pushing the clay beyond its limits. It was a hard lesson in knowing when to step back and to let go.

While the final piece didn't survive, the process has taught me so much. It's been a journey of creative exploration and a reminder of the importance of balance in art. But I will not take this lying down...the show must go on!.
